An integral part of Top Threat Tournaments, Kat has held almost every role since she came on board as the first full-time employee in 2008. An accomplished leader who has managed elite teams, recruiting, training, and events. Former Division 1 player at Rutgers University.
Joined the team in January 2019 to elevate marketing efforts for the company. In the summer of 2018, Blaire directed the 2018 World Lacrosse Festival Tournament in Netanya, Israel. She is also a former Division I lacrosse player from Iona College and an alumna of the Israel National Lacrosse Team.
Matt Snyder has over 18 years of experience in the lacrosse industry. Matt coached at the high school level for 15 years, founded Uptop Tournaments and has served as a volunteer coach for the JMU Women's Lacrosse team. He is the Director of Events for Top Threat Tournaments.
Chloe started her lacrosse career at Louisville University and then transferred to Jacksonville University her sophomore year. She was a starting defender for the Dolphins, recording 31 ground balls and 19 caused turnovers in her 2018 & 2019 seasons.
